If you’re not completely satisfied after 14 days of use, you’re covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To start a return, simply contact our team at hello@iillios.com within 60 days of your purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

If your cancellation request is submitted within this timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package every product to ensure it arrives safely. An item is considered “damaged” if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Please note that minor damage to external packaging during shipping (such as scuffs or dents) does not qualify as a damaged product.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@iillios.com with clear photos of the damage. Our team will assess the situation and determine if you are eligible for a free replacement.

Please note: We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or offer replacements for products damaged due to regular wear and tear, misuse, or mishandling.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order promptly, but please understand that some shipping delays are beyond our control—such as courier issues, customs clearance, or global disruptions. If a delay occurs, we encourage you to contact the courier directly for assistance, as they will have the most up-to-date tracking information.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $120.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they leave our facility.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an error is made, you must notify us within 24 hours. If the order has already been processed and shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
