At IILLIOS, we’re proud to offer reliable shipping to ensure you receive your products quickly and safely. Our goal is to make sure you can start enjoying cleaner air and better well-being with VAAYU as soon as possible.


Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are officially dispatched once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location. On average, you can expect delivery within:

Domestic & International: 8-15 business days after dispatch

Please be aware that external factors like customs processing, courier delays, and high seasonal demand may impact delivery timelines. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If you need to modify your shipping details, please contact us at hello@iillios.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes will be possible. Inaccurate shipping information may result in delays or order cancellation.


Delayed Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order promptly, there are times when factors outside of our control—such as weather disruptions, courier issues, or customs processing—may cause unexpected delays.

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most up-to-date tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, IILLIOS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. However, if your package does go missing, we encourage you to contact us at hello@iillios.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with the courier.

We will also contact the courier on your behalf to escalate the case if needed, and in some situations, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.


Damaged Items

If your package arrives and the product itself is damaged (not just the outer box), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if eligible, provide a free replacement.

IILLIOS reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order and using our products, you agree to the terms outlined in the most current version of this policy.
